(2) Before inspection activities, inspector shall inform the Enterprises of preparation checklist.
Inspector shall verify that the items on inspection are identified with the items on inquiry, and
check the condition of items.
(3) After inspection (witness or review of documents), Inspector shall mark whether witness or
review using inspection stamp, and fill his/her name, signature and date.
(4) After completion of inspection activities, inspector shall take measures to prevent the deterio
ration of quality or damage, and verify the management status of items
(5) If it is difficult to perform all inspection items agreed with a client, the inspector shall
immediately report it to the technical team manager.
(6) If there is a non-conformity that need to be corrected, during the inspection activities, inspector
shall let the customer take a required corrective action
3.1 Inspection of the Technological Lines
(1) The inspection of a used technological line according to criteria in Article 5 of Decision 18
must be conducted in the exporting country while the technological line is operating. (* If the
technological line is exported from Korea, Inspection shall be carried out in Korea, and If the
technological line is exported from another foreign country, Inspection shall be carried out in
that foreign country)
(2) Verification of conformity with requirement on safety, energy saving, and environmental
protection
˝ Inspector shall verify whether the technological line complies with National Technical
Regulations (QCVN) on safety, energy saving, and environmental protection.
˞ In case of unavailability of National Technical Regulations (QCVN) for a technological line
to be imported, inspector shall verify whether the technological line complies with technical
indicators of Vietnam’s Standards (TCVN) or Standards of G7 countries or Korea with
regard to safety, energy saving, and environmental protection.
(3) Inspector shall verify that remaining capacity (which is the number of products that the
technological line produces in a given time period) or performance achieve at least 85% of
its design capacity or performance.
