on import of used machinery, equipment and technological lines

as described above shall be used to directly serve our manufacturing in Vietnam, and the machinery/equipment to be
imported satisfies safety, energy saving and environmental protection requirements, and shall take legal responsibility

for our declaration as well as the accuracy of statements herein./.

Note: Enterprises should consider concluding sales contracts after submitting import documents and obtaining
written approval for import from the Ministry of Science and Technology.
