* The effective date of OHSAS 18001:2007 has been extended to Sep 11, 2021. Enterprise who has the
OHSAS 18001:2007 should be aware of the extension period. More details are advised to consult with the
standards organizations.

While the ISO standards for the management systems, Enterprise needs manufacturing
standards for each machine. The representative standards are ISO TR 18569, IEC 62545,

IATF 16949, etc., and Enterprise could confirm the conformity with the standards by
itself through the Declaration of Conformity (DoC).

Enterprise should prepare the document and the name plate having the information as

below:

Name of Enterprise and the manufacturer

Manufacturing Year

Brand, Model No. and Serial No. of the machinery

The standards applied for the machinery

Inspector will review and issue a certification for the machinery through reviewing the
document and inspecting the machinery at the site that machinery is placed and operating.
