The power consumption ratio is shown as below formula:

Below table shows the measurement value and the result of energy consumption rate.
The first one is the case of the three-phase voltage, and the second one is for the
single-phase voltage case.

[Note] The numbers are for examples made by KAIRI. The actual power of the line using 3-phase voltage was calculated as (√3 *(C)*(D))/1,000.
And the line using 1-phase voltage was measured as ((C)*(D))/1,000.
G5.4.2 Raw material consumption
The raw material consumption rate is the ratio of the actual input to the design input of
raw material.
The design input means the optimization input of raw material during the specific period
of time to the production plan. While the design input is a constant, the actual input is a
dependent variable to the production variable.
The formula is derived as below:
(Actual Input/Design Input-1) * 100
As the formula, if the actual input amount would exceed 15%, then the result does not
conformity with the requirement of the raw material consumption level under Decision 18.
