G5.1.3 Representative Certifications for Safety, Energy saving, and Environmental
protection (SEE) for Enterprise’ applying are as follows:

Certifications for the management system such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001,

OHSAS 18001, etc., commonly used in industries.

Certifications like ISO TR 18569, IEC 62545, IATF 16949, etc., for a specific industry

to which Enterprise belongs.

* Enterprise should be aware that OHSAS 18001 has been replaced by ISO 45001:2018.

* Enterprise, if appropriate, can apply other certifications for SEE as well as the above-mentioned.

G5.2 Declaration of Conformity

Enterprise should present Declaration of Conformity (DoC) that the technological line
complies with the standard. The number of DoC depends on the line type as below:

Integrated Line: One DoC to one line.

Assembling Line: DoC for each main technology (main machine) of the line.

G5.3 Remaining Capacity or Performance

The remaining capacity and the amount of raw materials, energy consumption are derived
through below functions at a place where the lines are running:

Remaining capacity or performance

The remaining capacity is calculated by the actual production divided by the design capacity
or performance.

To show the reliable remaining capacity or performance, it is advised to prepare at least a
three-month production record including a month before the inspection.
