regulations. If Enterprise fails to certify the machinery for ESS standards, the exportation
of machinery to Vietnam should be rejected at the port of Vietnam.

G4.3 No Commercial, Only for Manufacturing directly after the customs clearance

After customs clearance, the import of used machinery for distribution in Vietnam’s

domestic sales market is not permitted. So, Enterprise should present the plant address
that the used machinery would arrive at and operate. Without the address of the manufac
turing plant of Enterprise, no inspection certificate will be issued.
