                         Enterprise must be able to provide the master plan of using raw material and a minimum
                         of three-month  record  for the actual input including  a  month before the inspection.
                         Inspector witnesses the whole procedures of the production line for loading, processing,
                         and finishing the material, and seals the certification stamp for confirming the document

                         and the result of raw material consumption rate.

                       G5.5 Restricted or Prohibited Technologies in The Technological Line



                       The Vietnamese law on Technology Transfer No. :07/2017/QH14 prescribes that the tech
                       nologies restricted and banned from abroad into Vietnam including regulations relating to
                       Decision 18. The following is a brief introduction to the main provision of the law relating
                       to Decision 18.



                       On May 15, 2018, the Vietnamese government promulgated the Decree No. 76/2018/
                       ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on

                       Technology Transfer. Under the Decree, the Vietnamese government prescribes restricting
                       or banning transferring of such as low-tech, harmful, and/or hazardous technologies such
                       as incandescent lamps, thermal power technology using oil and coal, electrolysis technology
                       using mercury electrodes, etc., to Vietnam.



                       Enterprise should check if their line to be transferred to Vietnam includes the restricted or
                       prohibited machinery by the law and decree of Vietnam. The restricted or banned technologies
                       list in Decree No. 76/2018/ND-CP is attached in Annex IX.
