G7 Import Documents and Procedures for importing used technological line

G7.1 Import Documents

Documents should be submitted apart from the import documents by the Law on Customs.

Copy of the Certificate of enterprise registration bearing the importer’s seal, or, if any, the

import entrusted agreement.

Original inspection certificate of Designated Inspection Body should include the infor

mation as follows:

˝ Name of exporter and importer;

˞ Name of the brand, model, country of manufacturing, and manufacturer of the
machinery in the technological line;

˟ Name of the technological line;

ˠ Time and location of inspection;

ˡ Operating status of the technological line;

ˢ Inspection method or process;

ˣ Certificates that meet the standards of prescribed by Decision 18; or

ˤ Specific reason that could not meet the prescribed standards;

˥ At least 3 manufacturers applying the technology in the technological line in OECD
member countries;

˦ Inspection certificate that specifies the minimum-5-year period of retention period
of inspection documents;

˧ All of the original documents for inspection with the signature of Inspector or the

stamp of Designated Inspection Body on every page;

˨ Photos including scenes of the inspector’s on-site inspection together with showing

the overall appearance, main structures of machinery/equipment, main labels, and
some important details.
