The mostimportantthing we considered when we were requested by client was planning safety measure during transporta-tion forinland trucking fromdischarging portto final destination and distance is about 700km. According to preliminary route survey, there were no special obstacles and the condition ofthe roads wasfine. In
addition, in orderto get permission fortransportation of heavy cargo, ittakes approximately 1 month so, it needsto be submit before loading at origin port. INLAND EQUIPMENTS PERFORMED DURING OFF SHORE : VARIOUS MULTI MODULER TRAILER, DUAL LANE 12 AXLES FOR MAIN HEAVY CARGO, 150TON In case of ports at the great lakes, it needs enough time to get out of the great lakes after discharging especially in the winter time. Also, after discharging from the vessel, permission for transportation should be acquired in advance, otherwise, detention could be occurred like a disaster! Meet the Timing with Pre-Carriage In case of shipment from China, the highly important thing for advance preparation isthat ETA of mother vessel is timed to arrivaltime of
pre-carriage properly. One of features forinland trucking in China is if there is mistiming between arrival time of vessel and pre carriage, there are possibilities to occur disputes about surcharge or between concerned parties since shipment is loaded onto a variety of transportation method from several wide-spreading manufacturing plants. In this case, allshipment was fortunately delivered at loading port prior to 7days before berthing, thanks to cooperation with supplier in China smoothly. This shipment was 358mton, 2,504.82cbm and max weight per unit was 58mton from Shanghai, China to
Persian Gulf. Loading operation commenced at 2050hrs on 24th July operation at about 1000hrs on 25th July. On 17th July 2015, before vessel berthing, our surveyor contracted by us proceeded both equipment measurement and pre-loading survey at open yard of terminal Luojing, Shanghai and checked that there are not problem to ship them out. 1. 358MTS/2,505CBM/MAX. Facilities and scale of port are maintained at suitable levels, especially most of shipments are for transshipment since it is as a logistical hub for inland transportation to Central Asia. This project was about inland transportation, distance was approximately 2,100km from Bandar Abbas sea port to jobsite in Azerbaijan to the northeast through two borders. The key issues were that lashing and securing had to
be strong and safe for long distance transportation, also inducing all trucks to correct direction despite of poor communications infrastructure. Once vessel berthed at Bandar Abbas seaport, customs transit formalities such as settling PHC, storage charges and all related charges to get loading permission were proceeded. After completing that, cargoes were loaded onto truck and properly secured and lashed by sling belts. Transit time from Bandar Abbas seaport to Jobsite in Azerbaijan took around 20days and we successfully delivered all cargoes safely. 1. 670MTS/2,368CBM OF FABRICATED STEEL

transported, it has to be fully inspected from the time to design a cargo and after completing to manufacture, also the possibilities to transport is considered. In order to transport this shipment, road reinforcement was conducted on the shipment route and examination for an interior wall of port, geological of road and technical of transport also conducted prior to 10months. In addition, we had a meeting and implementing safety training more than 10 times. As a result, we performed successfully and were praised by client and related companies.
