Warranty Policy

¥ CAUTIONARY STATEMENT & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
All products sold or distributed by the Ponaflex Hose Manufacturing, Inc. (Seller) are in nature of commodities. The Seller does NOT recommend products for
any particular purposes or applications. The buyers and/or end users are fully responsible for the suitability, use and application, installation, and maintenance
of the products. The buyers and/or end users should regularly and consistently inspect the products and undertake protective measures for potential hazardous
situations, which, if not avoided, may result in injuries and property damages. The information and specifications furnished in catalog are only a guide to the
products. The temperature ranges and product specifications, including but not limited to, working pressures and vacuum ratings are measured in a controlled
environment and may vary depending on installed location’s environment. The working pressure decreases as temperature increases. The pressure rating and
vacuum rating can only be obtained with proper coupling procedures and affected by the type of fittings. The seller is not responsible for the suitability of the
buyers and/or end user’s fitting or coupling methods. The seller reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
¥ LIMITED WARRANTY
Ponaflex Hose Manufacturing, Inc. (Seller) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. All warranty claims shall be made within
two (2) months after Seller shipped the products. No warranty of merchantability is expressed or implied. There are no warranties which extend beyond the

description on the face hereof. Seller is NOT liable for consequences of other damages, or for any expenses incurred through the use of its products.
The Seller shall NOT be liable for failure of damage due to misapplication, abuse, improper installation, tempered with, altered, modified, repaired, reworked by
anyone NOT endorsed by the Seller, or abnormal conditions of use, temperature, or inconsistent with terms of the Cautionary Statement. However, should the
products prove to be so defective as to preclude the remedying of warranted defects by replacement, the Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the refund
of the purchase price of the defective products involved upon the return of the products to the Seller. This limited warranty is enforced only by the first Buyer;
all subsequent buyers acquire the product “as is” without any benefit of this limited warranty.

¥ BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENFORCE WARRANTY
The Buyer must notify the Seller and request return authorization. The Seller will instruct the Buyer to send a sample section of defective Product, which
must be sent at the Buyer’s expenses with the original bill of sale. Please do not return the Product to the Seller without prior authorization.

¥ EXCLUSIONS
This limited warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship in the Product, EXCEPT:
1. Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or from other than normal and ordinary use of the Product.
2. Damage resulting from failure to clean or use the Product in accordance with the Seller’s instructions.
3. Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than the Seller or an authorized repair facility.
