In the future, Venezuela will open the door of a new economy by diversifying industries.
For this plan, especially I would like to ask ‘Saudi’ for help.
It is admirable Saudi has improved its non-oil sectors’ income by more than 46%
through planning ‘the Saudi Vision 2030’.. Therefore, if countries successful in economic
reform like Saudi can help us formulate platforms of ours, Venezuela will be able to build
new industries based on abundant resources. In addition, we will continue to rebuild
infrastructure and stabilize currency.
The lesson from Venezuela is clear. Our country would like to tell danger of ex-
cessive distribution and the importance of creating stable works through diverse indus-
tries to all of you here, and especially to the host country, Korea. We hope Venezuela will
be the last of this tragedies in the world. We sincerely ask for your cooperation to rise
against crisis. Thank you.
