Case 1. For used machinery and equipment in general fields, it satisfies the following criteria:

- movement
Age limit Its age does not exceed 10 years.

consistent with the National Technical Regulations (QCVN) with regard to

The manufacturing standard applied to the used machinery and equipment is

consistent with the National Standards (TCVN) of Vietnam or Standards of
Conformity G7 countries or Korea with regard to safety, energy saving, and environmental

In case National Technical Regulation (QCVN), National Standard (TCVN)
or national standard of one of G7 countries or Korea with regard to safety,
energy saving, and environmental protection is not available when inspecting
used machinery or equipment, this content must be specified in the
inspection certificate.
Case 2. For used machinery and equipment in certain specific fields, it satisfies the
following criteria:
its age does not exceed age limit specified in Appendix I of Decision18.

consistent with the National Technical Regulations (QCVN) with regard to
safety, energy saving, and environmental protection. Or,
The manufacturing standard applied to the used machinery and equipment is
consistent with the National Standards (TCVN) of Vietnam or Standards of
Conformity G7 countries or Korea with regard to safety, energy saving, and environmental
to Standard protection. Or,
In case National Technical Regulation (QCVN), National Standard (TCVN)
or national standard of one of G7 countries or Korea with regard to safety,
energy saving, and environmental protection is not available when inspecting
used machinery or equipment, this content must be specified in the

Remarks
The inspection certificate is valid within 06 months from the issuance of Inspection Certificate.
