Used technological line which satisfies the following criteria

The manufacturing standard applied to the used technological line is consistent
with the National Technical Regulations (QCVN) with regard to safety, energy
saving, and environmental protection. Or,

The manufacturing standard applied to the used technological line is consistent
with the National Standards (TCVN) of Vietnam or Standards of G7 countries

or Korea with regard to safety, energy saving, and environmental protection. Or,

In case National Technical Regulation (QCVN), National Standard (TCVN) or
national standard of one of G7 countries or Korea with regard to safety, energy
saving, and environmental protection is not available when inspecting used
machinery, equipment or technological line, this content must be specified
in the inspection certificate.

Remaining capacity (which is the number of products that the technological line
