For used machinery and equipment whose age exceeds the age limit according to
Decision 18 Article 9, it satisfies the following criteria:
• The manufacturing standard applied to the used technological line is
consistent with the National Technical Regulations (QCVN) with regard to
safety, energy saving, and environmental protection. Or,
• The manufacturing standard applied to the used technological line is
consistent with the National Standards (TCVN) of Vietnam or Standards of
Conformity G7 countries or Korea with regard to safety, energy saving,
to Standard and environmental protection. Or,
• In case National Technical Regulation (QCVN), National Standard (TCVN)
or national standard of one of G7 countries or Korea with regard to safety,
energy saving, and environmental protection is not available when
inspecting used machinery, equipment or technological line, this content
must be specified in the inspection certificate.
• Remaining capacity (which is the number of products that the technological
Capacity or line produces in a given time period) or performance must achieve at least
Performance 85%of its design capacity or performance. (If yes, please write measured
figure on the table additionally)
• The amount of raw materials or energy consumed by the technological line
Consumption shall not exceed 15% of its design consumption level. (If yes, please write
measured figure on the table additionally)
Remarks
The inspection certificate is valid within 06 months from the issuance of Inspection Certificate.
