Is protection adequate in relation to:

- Items falling, or being ejected from the technological line or its
composing equipment?

- Risk due to surfaces, edges or angles?
- Overturning?

- Collapse?

- Overheating or fire?

- Disintegration/break-up?
- Risk related to combined machinery

- Risks related to variations in operating conditions

- Static electricity?
- Energy supply other than electricity?

- Fire, explosion?

- Noise?
- Vibration?

- Radiation, laser?

- Risk of being trapped in a machine, slipping, tripping, or falling?
- Lightning?

Is the technological line or its composing equipment made stable
where appropriate by bolting, clamping or tying?

Is there sufficient general and, where necessary, local lighting?

Is there protection against contact with hot or very cold temperature,
so far as appropriate?

If the possibility of such contact is unavoidable, does the operational
personnel have appropriate instruction and training been given?

In the case of pressurized equipment, is there a written scheme of examination?

Technological line is capable of being handled and transported safety,
fitted with attachments for lifting gear?

The operator’s seat is enable him to maintain a stable position and
the control device is capable of being adapted to the operator?
