위치해 있는 산업단지(국가산단, 일반산단, 농공단지 포함) 내 입주해 있는 165개 기업을 대상으로 함 ❍ 산단 내 기업을 대상으로 전수조사 개념으로 진행, 조사에 긍정적으로 협조 한 업체들을 대상으로 응답 확보 3. 조사내용 및 조사방법 ❏ 조사내용은 사업체 일반현황(설립년도, 업태 등), 종사자 현황(직종별), 2019년 상 반기 채용실적(직종별, 경력/신입), 2019년 하반기 채용계획(직종별, 경력/신입), 채용 시 고려사항 및 애로사항, 신규채용인력 인건비 지원사업 참여의향 및 채용 연계행사 참여의향 ❍ 세부적인 조사내용은 p.38 [첨부]6.구인수요조사 설문지를 참조 ❏ 조사방법은 전문조사원이 산단 내 기업에 방문, 조사에 대한 협조안내를 득한 후 대표/인사담당자에게 대면조사를 통한 자기기입식 방법으로 진행 - 1 - 전남 동부권 일반산단 입주기업 구인수요조사 4. 조사원 교육 m 본 조사에 투입되는 조사원에 대해서는 2019년 7월 30일 오전 10시, 전남 나주 에서 약 1시간 동안 본 조사의 목적 및 중요성 인식, 각 설문문항에 대한 설명과 응답 시 유의사항 등의 내용을 중심으로 조사원 교육 진행 <그림 1> 조사원 교육 - 2 - 전남
