2. Inspection Place

Ready for the documentations for inspection

Put the machinery and/or technological lines in operation

Inspection for assessment and approval of the documentation and the operation

status of machinery and technological lines
Photos of Inspector’s inspection activities

Signs or stamps of Designated Inspection Body on the documentation for confirming

the documentation as original

3. Certification

If the inspection result is compliable to Decision 18, Designated Inspection Body

would issue a certificate,

- Or comments would be given for the rejection with the advice of amendment.
- Comments would be with a checklist by the type of machinery and technological
lines enclosed herewith.

The forms of Certificates and Checklists are attached in Annex IV to VIII.

* The attached forms of Certificates and Checklists are for samples only. The original should be
stamped and signed by Designated Inspection Body.

Designated Inspection Body reports the result of the certification enclosed with the

documentation related to inspection to MOST.

4. Detail Guide for Inspection Procedure

For more details of the inspection procedures, Inspection Procedures Under

Decision 18 is attached in Annex III.
