G9.4.1 In the case of insufficient or invalid application

Directly submit to an officer at the single-window section of MOST: return

immediately with a request for amendment and supplementation.

* MOST operates the single-window unit under the Science and Technology No. 402/QD-BKHCN
Regarding the promulgation of the Regulation on receiving dossiers, settling and returning results of
the settlement of administrative procedures according to the one-stop shop mechanism at the agency of
the Ministry of Science and Technology. The website address is https://dichvucong.gov.vn/.

Through portal: within 8 working hours.

By post: within 2 working days.

G9.4.2 In the case of sufficient or valid application

Within 2 working days: MOST sends written request the copies of application docu

ments to relevant ministries, ministerial agencies and/or specialist (shortly “relevant
agencies”) for their opinions

Within 10 working days: the written opinions from the relevant agencies about the

application documents for their management fields.

Within 3 working days from the receipt of the written opinions: MOST responses to

Enterprise. If the application is refused, MOST indicate reasons for refusal.

G9.5 Import Documents and Procedures

Apart from the import documents prescribed by the Law on Customs, Enterprise
should submit the import license issued by MOST with the inspection certificate and
documents.
