Annex V. Inspection Check List: Technological Line

Is the clamp meter calibrated and well maintained by authorized personnel?

Is the actual electric power consumption calculated for that value of square
voltage divided by value of resistance?

Electric power consumption (thermal losses) does not exceed 15% of
its designed power consumption level?

Designed input of raw material is well targeted to produce goods?

The difference is calculated between designed and actual input of raw
material to produce goods?

Raw materials consumption does not exceed 15% of its designed
consumption level?

Are there written instructions covering:

- performance of technological lines?

- any unusual hazards or complicated features?

- where appropriate, emergency shutdown?

Has instruction, in readily comprehensible form (written or verbal) on all
hazards, been passed onto all those who use the technological line?

Is the technological line being used in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions?

Is the technological line used in an appropriate environment?
(consider e.g., ventilation, damp, flammable conditions)

Are the start and stop controls clearly marked?
Are other operating controls, and the contents of any containers, clearly marked?

Are there clear warning notices or markings (e.g., to wear personal protection,
restriction on use, residual risk, list of authorized users) where appropriate?

It is possible to carry out adjustment, maintenance, repair, cleaning and servicing
operations while technological line is at a standstill?
