after boiling 100% Korean soybeans in an iron pot over wood fire, we make
soybean lumps and then dry them. after fermenting them in a red-clay
room, we make soybean paste in a jar on the selected lucky day of January.
this soybean paste has been ripened by repetitively opening and closing the lid
of the jar every day.
How to consume
It could be used for soybean Paste stew,
or for seasoned vegetables like spinach,
bean sprouts, and bok choy.
