                Pure and simple

Vipp may be best known for crafting streamlined bins with an
industrial edge, but the Danish brand has a great deal more
to offer than that. The latest project sees the company branch
out into kitchen design, using skills gleaned from 75 years of
working with steel to create a line of cabinetry, cooker hoods and
hardware. Three modular kitchens are to be released, each with
powder-coated black or white cupboards and a stainless-steel
worktop. Here’s to another 75 years. Kitchens retail from around

                    IT’S A TROUGH LIFE

Got an alcove that you don’t know what to do
with? Consider installing a bar area and champagne
trough, as Town & Country Interiors has done
here, to make the most of an under-utilised space.
The bespoke lacquered cabinetry contrasts with the
rough, exposed stone, toning down its luxe, matt
texture considerably. A specialist drinks sink takes
care of cocktail preparation, while truffle-veneered
bottle recesses seem appropriate for storing fine
wines and liqueurs. Cheers to that. POA.
