                    - Items falling, or being ejected from the machinery or equipment?

                    - Surfaces, edges or angles?

                    - Overturning?
                    - Collapse?

                    - Overheating or fire?

                    - Disintegration/break-up?

                    - Combined machinery or equipment
                    - Variations in operating conditions

                    - Static electricity?

                    - Energy supply other than electricity?
                    - Fire, explosion?

                    - Noise?

                    - Vibration?
                    - Radiation, laser?

                    - Trapped in a machine, slipping, tripping, or falling?

                    - Lightning?

                 Is the machinery or equipment made stable where appropriate by bolting,
                 clamping or tying?

                 Is there sufficient general and, where necessary, local lighting?

                 Is there protection against contact with hot or very cold temperature,
                 so far as appropriate?


                 If the possibility of such contact is unavoidable, does the operational
                 personnel have appropriate instruction and training been given?


                 In case of pressurized machinery or equipment, is there a written scheme
                 of examination?


                 Is the machinery or equipment capable of being handled and transported safely,
                 fitted with attachments for lifting gear?


                 Is the operator’s seat enable him to maintain a stable position, and is the
                 control devices capable of being adapted to the operator?
