1. Technologies for producing breeds, rearing and planting key agricultural, forestry and aquatic products.
2. Production, multiplication and rearing technologies of rare and precious plant and animal varieties of rare
and restricted lists for export.
3. Seed production technology, indigenous species with precious genetic resources, potentials to develop into
national products, endangered indigenous and endangered species that need protection.
4. Technologies for the production of foodstuffs of traditional trades using microorganism-like strains of
precious and rare characteristics.
5. Technology of processing Vietnamese agricultural, aquatic and pharmaceutical products has high brand and
value added.
6. Technology restricts transfer according to international treaties to which Vietnam is a member.

9. DECT technology uses frequencies that are inconsistent with Vietnam's frequency planning.
10. Similar modem production technology and dial-up, ADSL.
11. CDMA 2000-1X mobile information technology.
12. Technology of producing television and personal computers using electronic rays to create images
according to analog technology.
13. Technology disables information security functions or attacks / infiltrates information systems except for
the needs of national defense and security.
