Glasgow interior surfaces company Millers1893 celebrated
a remarkable return to its roots with the relaunch of its
original showroom in the east end, now extensively refitted

IT’S GOOD TO BE HOME. For a company as intensely proud of
its heritage as Millers1893 is, laying out the welcome mat at the very
warehouse where the Millard family began dealing in linoleum back at
the end of the 19th century must have felt as gratifying as it gets. And
the warm sunlit June evening that greeted the arriving guests? That was
just a bonus.
Weather windows aside, the rustic, two-storey showroom in
Bridgeton, in the heart of Glasgow, remained the central focus of the
night, expertly fusing its period features with a new range of Listone Katy Walker and
Jill Creighton of
Giordano flooring, La Fabbrica porcelain tiling and Murrato cork. Headline PR
