as one of the three major famous liquors of Korea, Myeongin andong soju with
the tradition for 700 years, handed down from the goryeo dynasty is pure-grain
distilled liquor(45°), brewed with great rice and water from andong region, and
then ripened for a long time by a traditional food master(No.6 Park, Jae-seo). this
traditional great liquor has its own characteristics such as delicate scent, savory taste,
and clean aftertaste. Master Park, Jae-seo is a son of the 25th generation of bannam
Park’s family that is one of the best soju brewers in Korea. as a bearer of secrets for
andong soju that has been handed down to Park’s family over 500 years, he is the
person who raised the original taste of andong soju with deep and delicate scent to
the artistic state.
