SUMMARY Mr. Cho spent 22 years at SK Group in charge of various investment and management roles across
different subsidiaries, and he is now heading SK SUPEX Council, SK’s highest authoritative body for
SK Group’s global investments. During his career at SK, he successfully executed SK’s most significant
M&A deals and investments, including global LNG business, semiconductor materials and technologies,
bio-pharmaceuticals, EV battery materials and charging technologies, and recent investments in China,
Vietnam and Southeast Asia
