특징 ■ 김해의 영광 찬란했던 가락국 당시의 해맑은 소년의 순진함에 거북등을 첨가한
이미지로서 김해시만의 특색있는 거북소년의 모습을 상징함.
의미 ■ 김해의 “해”자와 부르기 쉬운 우리민족 정서와 상통하는 애칭 “동이”의 합성어로서
김해지형상 끝없이 뻗어나가고 약진하는 미래상을 내포함.
Charecteristics ■ It describes the purity of pretty boy at that times of Garak Kingdom which showed the
brilliant glory of Gimhae and also the image adding the tortoise back and thus symbolizes
the shape of tortoise boy peculiar only in the Gimhae-Si.
Meaning ■ It is the compound word of “Hae (Sea)”character in Gimhae (金海) and “dongyi” pet
name, understood with the emotion of our Nations, which it can be easily called, and thus
includes the meaning of the continuously driving and progressing future image under the
topography of Gimhae.
