4-layer method
To avoid curing by UV radiation, the company's goods use a 4-layer
process of unique PU material, and discoloration is avoided by using
materials that are resistant to the chemical components produced by
tires. It's a product that can be quickly attached with simple tape.
(There is almost no trace of the tape method after removal.)
1 Top layer
Matte coating to protect the major section of the letters from
pollution.
2 Discoloration prevention film in the middle layer
It largely prevents anti-aging compounds produced in tires from
being exposed.
3 The back base layer (microfiber base)
improves adhesion and reduces black lettering traces.
4 particular tape
It is a particular tape for shock absorption that has good
adherence even when tires shrink and distort, and it does not
require a primer because it is a special adhesive for rubber.
